Garaje is a collaboration between Bartender Clayton Baines & Chef Zach Garza. Combining elements of the South & West sides of San Antonio, Garaje reimagines your childhood raspa nostalgia into unique and delicious frozen cocktails to enjoy all year round.

Strawberry Banana Daiquiri

The sweetness of strawberry and banana puree, balanced with a hint of turbinado simple syrup and fresh lime juice, all blended to perfection with our rum-style wine.

Cucumber Mint Mule

Crafted with cucumber and lime juice and paired with house-made mint simple syrup and gin-style wine. Topped with a splash of Topo Chico and dressed with chamoy and Tajin.
